At AZ Southampton, our aim is that the children are happy and healthy as they develop their skills in the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics. The classes are focused on recreational Rhythmic Gymnastics.

 

Throughout the year there is the opportunity take part in a series of events in Southampton and London including:

a Gala Performance, a friendly Duets & Trios Competition and The AZ Awards Day.

 

AZ Southampton is currently coached by an ex-internationally competitive Rhythmic Gymnast from Ukraine. She is a fully qualified RG Coach with a Sports Coaching Masters Degree from Ukraine.

 

Our other Head Coach is an experienced Spanish Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach & ex-gymnast. She is a qualified Spanish PE teacher and is a British Gymnastics Qualified Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach.
